Diadema Unico Splendor Maxi
We at Talk Coffee love the the work of artist Josh Able (aka Shag). Shag's work takes you back to the hedonism and elegance of the 60's and if Shag ever painted an espresso machine, it would have to look like the Unico Splendor.
Like all other Diadema machines, this machine is made in Italy and is of outstanding quality. The e-61 group employs lever operation and the machine has recently been updated with ball-jointed steam and hot water wands. Like all other heat excahnger machines, espresso and milk texture operations can be performed simultaneously.
The Unico Splendor is manufactured on a stainless steel chassis, and need not be plumbed. The large 3 litre tank is fitted with a low water alarm and in-built water softener cartridge. We love the funky, retro design of this machine and it is highly popular with many happy owners amongst Talk Coffee clients.
