Talk Coffee is delighted to have been granted import rights on this beautiful Italian made machine which is built to suit smaller spaces.
The heat exchanger boiler is controlled by a PID to ensure stable shot temperature and brilliant steam reserves. The wands of our machine are also upgraded to cool to touch specification.
Each Izzo machine receives a comprehensive bench test to set group pressure. The Vivi receives a custom Talk Coffee restrictor set to ensure that only a rinse flush is required and to maintain excellent steam pressure.
Milk texture performance is outstanding with excellent dry steam and perfect microfoam is easy to obtain.
We are delighted with the performance of the Izzo Vivi.
