Rocket Espresso Giotto Premium Plus/Giotto Evoluzione
The Rocket Espresso Giotto range are the highest selling e-61 style machines in Australia. The Giotto Evoluzione (pictured) was released in June 2010 to complement the highly regarded Rocket Espresso Giotto Premium Plus.
The classic, traditional style of the Giotto has been retained and upgraded with changes to the steam and hot water handles, gauge, drip tray, feet and cup surround. A commercial Sirai pressurestat makes for a beautiful, contemporary and robust machine. Also new to the Giotto Premium Plus is the incorporation of thermosyphon restriction to guarantee precise control of group temperature. Internally, all tubing has been increased to 10mm in diameter- similar to that used in commercial machinery.
Precise brewing temperatures are produced by the heat exchanger thermosyphon circulation system and progressive piston infusion in the famous e-61 group head which contains 4.5kg of brass. The Giotto retains non-burn steam and hot water wands and the capability to produce large volumes of dry steam; perfect for texturing silky smooth cafe style milk coffee.

For those seeking a quieter Giotto and the convenience of tank or fully plumbed operation, Rocket has released the Giotto Evoluzione. This model has a near silent Procon rotary pump and a pump pressure gauge as well. It can be operated in tank or plumbed mode with the flick of a switch.
