At Talk Coffee, we are committed to sourcing ethically traded, high quality beans and freshness is guaranteed. We have three great blends, a beautiful SWISS WATER® decaffeinated coffee and a rotating selection of great coffees. UTZ certified, PEARL project, Rain Forest Alliance, direct trade and quality organic certified at origin coffees will be regularly showcased.
Drop in to our warehouse by arrangement, or on Saturdays to collect your beans or we can post your beans express post, anywhere in Australia. Although whole beans are always best, we can also grind your selection as required.
Our first and much loved blend. Urban blend will produce a beautiful, viscous pour and we love it as an espresso or long black. It's also an excellent milky coffee from a doppio ristretto base. This is a beautiful, fragrant coffee!
A different bean base and roasted a touch darker. Toasty mocha notes which work well in milk drinks and in larger cups.
What if you were to take your favourite blend and recreate it using the finest example of each origin you could source? Would it be better? We think it is!
Shed Shandy Platinum is a tweaked recipe and drinks beautifully. We think it's best at day 14 post roast or thereabouts. Look for a super smooth shot from day 12 with citrus, chocolate, big body and dense crema. Strictly limited offer.
Indonesia meets Africa in an earthy interpretaion of this classic. Look for big chocolate and body.
Our aim with this blend was to create an interpretation of a typical, Italian espresso blend, but with specialty beans and a touch of high quality robusta to get you started each day! This blend is not for the faint hearted and we recommend that it is at peak at around 18-25 days post roast...
For those sensitive to caffeine, we are proud to roast a decaffeinated coffee which is so good, few people realise that they are drinking a decaf. This is a great coffee!
I'd be happy to drink Ethiopain every day! Fruit cake notes with earthy spices, sweetness and a syrup body that pours like melted chocolate out of the group handle. A great example of a dry process wild Ethiopian coffee. It roasts a little rough but drinks superbly. I love it as a doppio espresso, but it works well under milk as well.
