A well maintained machine will give a lifetime of reliable service and produce a superb coffee.
We recommend that your machine be serviced regularly and that only filtered, softened water be used in most machines.
We offer reasonably priced service for all the espresso machines that we sell and many other e-61 machines. We also stock a range of commonly required parts. We can obtain parts for any machine in our range.
For those looking for the best performance from your machine, we offer pump pressure calibration and we also have a Scace device, used to monitor group temperature. Thermostability upgrades are available for the ECM/Rocket Espresso Giotto Premium, Expobar Office SA and control, older Vibiemme machines and we can also provide upgrades for many other machines.
