Roasted May 22
This heirloom coffee is grown wild and foraged in the Shakisso Estate. Is comprises Typica and Geisha varietals and this is evident when you look at the variety of sizes in the roast. Shakisso estate is a natural planting under the tree canopy rather than the more formal rows of trees you see in many plantations. It’s more challenging to pick and because of this, it also carries a price premium- which you will also taste in the cup!
