To the north-west of Mt Elgon on the border of Uganda is coffee production operation that enacts positive impact back down to its farmers. Zukuka Bora work closely with small holder farmers to enrich selective harvesting and processing methods resulting in excellent coffee quality.

Farmers are paid when they deliver their harvest to the processing site and are incentivised with after season bonuses for their work.
