This very special and rare microlot from our friends at Bom Jesus was the winner of the 2019 Blossom Award. Only a few bags found their way to Australia.
In the cup, there is buttery body and vanilla sweetness into ripe stone fruit. We noted really lovely sweet, peach-like acidity.
We are roasting it to maintain the fruit of this coffee and would encourage you to drink it black- although it will cohabit happily with milk as well.
We recommend 95 deg if you have a dual boiler machine. Better still, go manual with it.
