Roasting 19 August
The Andrade family started growing coffee in 1901 with the acquisition of Capim Branco Farm by Ismael’s grandparent, Aprigio Furtado.
This small microlot coffee was awarded best coffee of Cerrado 2018, scoring 87.25pt.
In the cup, it’s clean and has moderate acidity. There is chocolate, caramel and subtle stone fruit. It’s a brilliant coffee and one of the best brazils we have seen.
We have roasted it to the beginning of 2nd crack and it will work beautifully for espresso and under milk.
