This amazing Costa Rica microlot has blown us away and it’s one of those scary coffees to roast. Scary expensive!
It’s big and bold and in the cup there is purple plum, mulberry and hibiscus. The texture is clean and there is great body with a lingering red wine finish. We roast this one to preserve the fruit.
It’s really too good to share, but we’re generous. Treat yourself to some.
Drink from day 4 (filter/manual methods) or day 7 post roast for espresso/lungo (try 96 deg.) if you must. It is way too good for milk.
