Back in the days of a past life as a coffee trainer at WA Coffee Academy, we had a roasting tradition called “draw blend”.
There were always a mix of greens remaining at the end of the year and we’d put them all together, roast them and then see what became of them. They were often surprisingly good, but of course, they were one-off blends. We couldn’t have repeated them even if we’d tried! This one has some some crackingly great origins in it
It’s a bit of a lucky dip, but if the mix works, consider it as $60+ of great beans for just $25. When you can pay that much for stale rubbish in a supermarket, you’d have to be on a winner.
