This beautiful washed Guatemala Caturra was supplied by our friends at Melbourne Coffee Merchants and is yet another great cup.
- Grading: High specialty circa 85 points
- Notes: fruit forward, with blackcurrant and cherry with brown sugar sweetness into lovely florals.
- Body: mid
- Acidity: moderate, winey
- Roast: omniroast
- Drink: from day 7 for espresso/lungo and it will even work with milk if you wish. It’s a gorgeous, smooth filter or batchie.
