This Nicaragua is a beautifully graded coffee, with huge beans! Think peanuts and you’re in the ballpark.
Tartaric, lemon and raspberry acidity leads into a very smooth and sweet malt, caramel and milk chocolate finish.
Enjoy from day 3 (filter) or day 7 espresso. It will cohabit happily with milk as well should you choose.
