Three farms which make up Tres Estrellas are high in the mountains. The remoteness of the area means that the coffee cherry is processed on the farms into dried parchment then delivered to the mill for final processing and bagging. The farms all operate as part of the Volcafe Way programme which provides farmers with practical and progressive agricultural support. This coffee beautifully demonstrates the amazing quality and flavours which Peru can produce.
