After a glimpse of a prototype a couple of years ago, Rocket Espresso have released the Sotto Banco at HOST Milan 2021.

Sounds so much better than Under Bench, doesn’t it?

This machine can be configured as a single group for that office or designer kitchen or as 2-3 group for commercial applications

• Multiboiler technology, with fully saturated groups
• 9-litre service (steam) boiler
• Undercounter module included — ability to work with 1, 2 or 3 groups
• Independent steam wand for each group
• Colour display with digital pressure gauges controllable via push button panel
• Dedicated web app allowing the machine to be operated via any device that has Wi-Fi and a web browser
• New dry steam system technology
