Roasted March 11
A small microlot for a single village
Yemen continues to be a desert island coffee for us. If we had to choose one origin to drink for the rest of time, Yemen would be it!
Yemens are dry processed, with great body, low acid and dried pudding fruit leading to a subtly, winey coffee with a dark-chocolate rum and raisin finish.
We advise this bean be rested for a minimum of 10 days before opening to allow it to peak. The mocha, dried pudding fruit and earth will be more prominent and you will enjoy this wonderful bean at its best.
This coffee is gorgeous black, but it works beautifully with milk as well.
