Our aim with this blend was to create an interpretation of a typical Italian espresso blend, but with specialty beans and a touch of high quality post-roast robusta to get you started each day.

Blends containing robusta beans take time to mature. These blends are also well suited to super-automatic machines which require blends with extra body to return good results.

This blend is not for the faint-hearted and we recommend that it is at peak at around 18-35 days post roast. It’s definitely not one to open without at least 2 weeks of bag age. 3 weeks is even better.
