Dual boiler
Dual boiler machines use separate boilers for espresso and steam. These machines are more expensive than heat exchanger machines and typically retail for over $2500.
Most machines in this group offer temperature control of the coffee group. Some models offer rotary pumps and can be plumbed to a mains connection if desired.
