It sat at our local dropoff point with a pile of other parcels for over a week. Ignored. The dropoff point contacted Sendle to request an escalation. Ignored. We contacted Sendle to request escalation. Ignored.
We gave up and retrieved the parcel and the consignee drove himself 90km and collected it from us.
We requested cancellation and refund. Ignored.
