This very special, high altitude (1500-1700 masl) 1200kg peaberry microlot comes from growers of the Sol de la Mañana progam. The varietals employed are Red and Yellow Caturra and Catuaí.
The growers are based in the Caranavi region of Bolivia and are renown as some of the best producers in Bolivia. They are selected to participate in the program based on their commitment to quality.
In the cup, this peaberry delivers crisp green apple and apricot acidity with honey, chocolate and cherry and really creamy body. We are roasting it to preserve the fruit whilst still working beautifully as an espresso. For those with dual boiler machines, we recommend you try a setting of 96 deg. C.
