Roasting to order on Monday and Thursday. Order prior to close of trade the previous day. Power order for 500g roasts (leave a message at purchase) and we’ll roast them as you like!
Colombia is where it’s all at these days. This stunning 90+ lot is incredible! It’s by far our most expensive ever Colombia, but you will see why when you try it!
- Grading: TC Extreme beans (independent cup score 90.25)
- Notes: Boozy raspberry, tropical fruit and almond into chocolate. Almond and strawberry notes linger.
- Body: smooth, sticky
- Acidity: strawberry and white wine
- Roast: filter-omniroast-espresso
- Drink: from day 7 (espresso), roast day (filter)
