Guji, Guji, Guji! This sidamo is picked later than normal: When the cherries are slightly overripe and at the point of fermentation. The aim is to produce an even more explosive flavour profile.
- Grading: very high specialty (85+)
- Notes: boozy, port wine florals into milk chocolate
- Body: moderate-heavy
- Acidity: balanced, winey
- Roast: light espresso
- Drink: from roast – 4 weeks post roast. You’ll get a different cup each day!
