- We regret that we have had to put into place a booking fee for equipment service due to persistent no-shows by clients who have booked service. 100% of this fee will be applied towards your service costs, so it actually costs you nothing so long as you pay us the courtesy of turning up or contacting us to cancel or reschedule if you can’t make it on the day you have booked.
- An equipment service no show or a cancellation with under 24 hours of notice results in forfeit of this booking fee.
- We allow up to two reschedules after which your booking is automatically cancelled. We will have allocated tech. time for your service and this usually means somebody had to wait another week!
